The "Internet World" is the portal website of Ningbo Netcom, which includes the former Ningbo Broadband Network and the new established Ningbo Netcom Broadband Content Service Center. Based on the reliable broadband network of China Netcom, the "Internet World" provides a contents oriented service platform to the users and a means of cooperation between carriers and content providers, and it will greatly boost the development of broadband business.

Holdfast Broadband Application Management Platform incorporates many functions such as user authorization, billing, accounting and bank payments management. Upon operation, the platform will uniformly manage the video, music, stocks, education, finance and gaming (which is also a product from Holdfast) services provided by Ningbo Netcom, and unify user authorization, as well as billing and accounting procedures. The platform not only solves the problems in the inter-billing/accounting among various ICP and content providers, but also enables Ningbo Netcom to manage and plan the services running on the "Internet World", allocate the revenues wisely and direct the development of the services.
